Friday, Aug 14 — Irie Souljah, 8pm. The weekend opens with roots reggae billed "direct from Kingston," and that's the pin in the map. Irie Souljah under the canopy, the water going dark, torchlight on the palms — this is the platonic ideal of a Guanabanas Friday. Get there early; 8pm sets fill the good tables fast.
One county aside for the arena crowd: yes, Mötley Crüe rolls into the iThink Financial Amphitheatre the same night, Aug 14, with Tesla and Extreme, doors-ish 6:30pm. If your weekend needs pyro and a stadium singalong, that's your ticket. If it needs a breeze off the Intracoastal, read on.
Saturday, Aug 15 — a doubleheader. This is the day that earns the drive. Sierra Lane opens the afternoon at 3pm with alt-indie soul — the kind of sun-warmed, easy-does-it set that pairs with a long lunch and a longer view of the water. Then the room resets and Johnny Dread brings roots-rock reggae at 8pm to close it out. Afternoon soul into evening roots-rock, same patio, no cover: that's a full day of music for the price of what you eat.
Sunday, Aug 16 — Victoria Leigh, 2pm. Sunday afternoons are what the surf-rock-adjacent set was built for, and Victoria Leigh's bill — "soulful surf rock, reggae and pop" — is the perfect soft landing. A 2pm start means you're done in time to still have a Sunday evening, or in time to simply never leave.
Add it up and the pattern is unmistakable. Four sets across three days, all of them free, all of them on the same stretch of Jupiter waterfront, spanning Kingston roots reggae, indie soul, roots-rock and surf-pop. In a summer this quiet, that's not a lineup — it's a lifeline with a drink menu.
